Who We Are

Samish Hill Legal is a boutique law firm based in Bellingham, Washington. We advise businesses and individuals on litigation, business, and transportation matters, combining practical counsel with experienced advocacy when disputes arise.

We are intentionally small. That means clients receive direct, experienced attention from someone who takes the time to understand their goals, evaluate risks, and develop effective legal strategies. Whether serving as outside general counsel, resolving a business dispute, or representing a specialized industry client, we focus on providing clear advice, responsive service, and practical solutions.

Our practice draws on experience in litigation, business counseling, government, public policy, and highly regulated industries. This breadth of experience allows us to approach legal challenges with both strategic perspective and real-world pragmatism.

We proudly serve clients throughout Whatcom County, Skagit County, and beyond.
